How to modify booking details already made?

Can I do a last minute booking?

Do I have to book a car seat for my child?

Every child has to have his / her own car seat. Please include the total number of passengers travelling ( including infants and children ). You can choose the specific car seat for your child, depending on his /her age, on the booking page.

 

Can I change the pick up time specified in my booking?

Yes, all changes are possible. Please send us an email with the modifications and we’ll send you a confirmation as soon as possible.

 

Organisation of your transfer

Where do I meet my driver?

You’ll find all the information regarding the meeting place with your driver depending on your arrival place ( airport, train station …) in your confirmation email.

What’s my pick up time?

The pickup times are mentioned automatically in your booking depending of your take off/ departure time and the time of the journey to the airport, train station…

 

What can I do if my plane is delayed?

We are always following in live time all our client’s planes and trains. So we are informed of all the delays. In case of delay, we’ll do our best to organise an alternative solution for you to do your transfer in the best conditions.

Who must I call in case of problem?

Your driver gets all the information regarding your transfer ( name, mobile phone, flight number…) and he will contact you in case of problem at the airport or at the station. In every cases, our assistance number (in case of trouble) is available 7/7 on +41 (0)24 495 84 84

 

Payment methods and cancellation

What are the accepted method of payment?

We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners cards. We can also accept payment CASH.

How can I get an invoice?

To receive an invoice, please send us an email and you’ll receive an invoice in the 48 hours.

Cancellation policy:

The cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours (72 hours for buses and minibuses) before the pick-up. After this period, 100% of the fare will be charged.

Whatever the number of people , we assure your transfers to and from airports, and train stations.
